From a recent series of works by traditional media.
The background is black bristol board pasted on white. I deliberately made rugged edges. The tree is painted with black ink and the bird on the lower right side, with silver ink. The matting is deckled-edged watercolour paper with the rugged edges on the inside, framing the collage. I splattered black and gray watercolour stains on it. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
